LIA Deployment Plan
The Deployment Plan of the Local Innovation Agenda (LIA) initiative aims that a significant number of Basque municipalities design and implement action plans oriented towards the improvement of their innovation abilities, the increase in their openness degree, the modernization and digitalization of the service supply and to contribute in general to de development of the municipality.
