Strategy
The Deployment Strategy of the Local Innovation Agenda (LIA) initiative is based on the following principles:
n Led by EUDEL: “For and with city councils”.
n Inclusive. To mobilize all the city councils; including the small ones.
n Integrating. To bring existing programmes, projects and recourses closer to the city councils and municipalities and to design new instruments that give response to the local initiatives.
n Cooperative. For boosting the collaboration between city councils and the interinstitutional cooperation.
