Project timing
The key milestones of the Deployment Plan of the Local Innovation Agenda (LIA) initiative in 2009 and 2010 are as follow:
n Project design. To design the initiative, to establish the deployment plan and to articulate the management spaces and tools for sharing and generating contents collaboratively.
n Methodology for the design of an Innovation Agenda. To contribute with a methodological proposal, to develop pilot projects and to compile reference experiences.
n Communication Plan. To design the corporate image manual, the communication plan and the resources and spaces for its deployment (LIA Web, LIA Chip, Innovation Forums, etc.)
n Implementation of the communication plan. To make the city councils aware on the need of incorporating the innovation in their agenda and to achieve their incorporation to the LIA initiative.
n Deployment of the initiative in the already incorporated city councils. Support programme for the design of the Innovation Agendas and the development of cooperation projects.
