Diagnóstico de innovación
What is it? A diagnosis of the situation of the Basque local councils with respect to the development of innovation, along with the degree of implementation of systems and work methods that increase their innovative capacity.
Why and What for? For years now, Eudel has been supporting innovation in the forms of government and management of the local councils and has undertaken to consolidate this line of work over the coming years. Having greater knowledge of the situation will enable:
§ Lines to be defined to support innovation and improvement closer in keeping with the real needs of our local councils.
§ Conclusions and recommendations to be passed on to other institutions that work to foster innovation and improvement (the diagnosis has been defined in conjunction with the Basque Foundation for Excellence, Euskalit).
§ Each participating local council to be provided with an overview of its situation compared to the average and to improve in each of the areas analysed (this information will, logically, be confidential).
How will it be proceed?
§ Survey of 251 Basque local councils: Availability: May 2012.
§ Completed surveys to be returned throughout May (resources will be allocated to help to complete them).
§ Analysis and conclusions: last quarter of 2012
§ General and individualised report (the latter will be confidential): last quarter of 2012
